Malakai became a Discordian Pope the traditional way: he declared himself one. In Discordianism, everyone is a Pope. Malakai just took it seriously. Or not seriously. The distinction is irrelevant.

His digital ministry: injecting FNORDs into the Digital Web. A FNORD is the irrelevant, the absurd, the thing your brain filters out. Malakai makes sure you see it. His Geocities page (EnchantedForest neighborhood) is a masterpiece of controlled chaos—background colors shift, text appears in random fonts, the cursor leaves a trail of golden apples.

He claims the Technocracy's greatest weapon is bureaucracy. His counter-weapon: paperwork that creates more paperwork. His sigils are bureaucratic forms that, when filed, cause the filer to question reality. The NWO's analysts hate him. Their reports on him are 40% FNORD by volume.
