High-bandwidth connections taste sweet. Encrypted traffic has a spicy kick. The Technocracy's monitored lines taste... metallic. Poisonous.

She runs a darknet ISP for Kindred: "NOCTURNE NET" — anonymous, encrypted, midnight-only. Her clients: vampires, Hollow Ones, the occasional Cypherpunk who values privacy over legality. She taps into backbone fiber at 3 AM, siphoning terabytes. The ISPs call it "packet loss." She calls it "dinner."
