PERSONAL HISTORY

Rachel "Raven" Corvus was a goth teenager in Seattle when she drew the Death card for herself—three times in a row. The fourth draw was the Tower. She Awakened in the candlelight, surrounded by velvet and incense, realizing the cards weren't showing the future. They were writing it.

Her deck, "THE SHADOWS," is a Virtual Adept artifact: each card contains a micro-sigil that activates on shuffle. She reads for the Hollow Ones, the Virtual Adepts, even the occasional Cypherpunk. The Technocracy's analysts have her readings flagged—her "cold reading" accuracy defies statistical probability.

She runs a Geocities page: "RAVEN'S ROOST" (Tokyo neighborhood). Daily horoscopes written in HTTP status codes. The Neon Oracle consults her. She consults the Neon Oracle. They trade predictions like cigarettes.

CURRENT AGENDA

Warn Neon Samurai of the "404: Life Not Found" variant
